Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item in its original packaging within 14 days after arrival. All returns must be packed w/ original packing materials and packed in the same way. We will credit back the cost of the item. You will not be refunded the actual shipping cost and or the return shipping cost.

Please contact us with any questions prior to placing a order if you are trying to match furniture, accessory or decor items. We are happy to provide additional photos. We cannot guarantee matching items. If you are unhappy with your item we will credit back the cost of the item. You will not be refunded the actual shipping cost and or the return shipping cost.

In the case of a return with "Free Shipping" or "discounted shipping" you will be charged the actual round trip shipping cost. Proof of actual shipping cost can be provided.

To process your refund allow up to two weeks. If you canceled a payment by credit card your refund will be delayed. We do not refund shipping costs on returns. We do not refund damage claims if you have not followed our damage claim policy.

Refunds or exchanges for furniture returns will be processed when the item(s) has been received.. Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for your refund or exchange to process. There will be a 5% restocking fee on your return. If you decide to keep a "store credit" for returned merchandise, the fee may be waived. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a shipping error.
